Virtual assistant (chat)

Our website offers a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The messages you type, along with your language and the page you are viewing, are sent to our automation platform to generate a reply and, when needed, follow up on your request. These messages may be processed by artificial intelligence service providers, including outside Quebec. Replies are generated automatically: they may contain errors and do not replace a conversation with our team. Please avoid entering sensitive information (health, financial details, identification numbers). Conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and improve the service, then deleted. You can request access to your conversations or their deletion by writing to support@ontadigital.com.

Security

We apply reasonable measures: restricted access, encrypted communications and secure hosting.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymized.
