The services (websites, automation, AI, consulting) are defined in the signed quote, which prevails over these terms.

A deposit is required at launch, the balance according to the quote milestones. Invoices are payable within 15 days.

Timelines are indicative and depend on the client providing content and approvals promptly.

Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service concerned. The client is responsible for the lawfulness of the content provided.

Either party may terminate in writing in the event of a breach not remedied within 15 days. Work already carried out remains payable.

The parties will first seek an amicable solution, then the competent courts of Ontario.
